12 Weeks
- Set a date and a few alternatives.
- Establish a budget.
- Get ideas and referrals for your site, food, honeymoon and so on from magazines, friends and the internet.
- Set up appointments to meet with wedding professionals (disc jockey, photographers, videographers etc.).
- Visit ceremony and reception sites for the next two weeks.
- Start gown shopping.
11 Weeks
- Book your ceremony and reception venues by the end of the week.
- Reserve Party People Productions as your Wedding Reception Specialist.
- Get a basic Wedding Planner form from Party People Productions and familiarize yourself with it.
- Reserve other wedding professionals (photographers, videographers etc.).
- Ask family and friends to be in your bridal party.
- Order invitations and rings.
- Block out hotel rooms for any out-of-town guests.
- Reserve your honeymoon trip.
10 Weeks
- Reserve any remaining vendors.
- Buy your dress and shop for accessories.
- Book appointments for a manicure and pedicure for the day before your wedding.
- Book appointments for hair and makeup stylist for the morning of your big day.
- Set an appointment to start the planning/coordination of your ceremony/reception with Party People Productions.
9 Weeks
- Send invitations.
- Select bridesmaid dresses.
- Select tuxes for groom and his groomsmen.
8 Weeks
- Register for gifts.
7 Weeks
- Meet with officiant to go over details of the ceremony.
- Confirm a time for rehearsal.
6 Weeks
- Meet with the caterer for food tasting and plan the menu.
- Arrange transportation for bride and groom from the ceremony site to the reception.

5 Weeks
- Get your marriage license.
4 Weeks
- Have a dress fitting.
3 Weeks
- Pick up your wedding bands.

- Contact guests who haven't responded to your invitation.
- Make reception seating arrangements.
- Set an appointment with Party People Productions to go over more details and/or changes.
1 Week
- Pick up your wedding dress.
- Confirm wedding professional services.
- Give caterer final headcount.
- Pack for your honeymoon.
- Set an appointment with Party People Productions to go over more details and/or changes.
Wedding Day
- Eat a good breakfast.
- Attend hairstyle appointment.
- Give yourself plenty of time to get ready.
- Finally, let all the wedding professionals do their thing so that you can relax and have a great time filled with wonderfull memories with your family and friends that will last a lifetime.
