12 months
- Announce your Quinceñera.
- Choose theme and style.
- Work out a basic budget.
- Research reception venues.
- Determine number of guests.
- Look through magazines for ideas.
- Meet potential Quinceñera planners/consultants and obtain bids.
- Research and start setting up appointments with other Quinceñera professionals (Dj's, photo/videographers etc.).
- Contact priest/church to determine parish requirements and book date.
- Make a list of potential attendants.

11 Months
- Select a Quinceñera planner/consultant and meet to discuss details.
- Finalize theme, style and decorations.
- Meet with several caterers and arrange for tastings.
- Contact potential padrinos with cost estimates.
- Visit potential venues.
- Invite and confirm attendants.

10 Months
- Select and reserve your reception venue.
- Reserve Party People Productions as your Quinceñera Reception Specialist.
- Get a Quinceñera Reception Planner form from Party People Productions and familiarize yourself with it.
- Select and reserve a photographer and make a list of shots.
- Select and reserve a videographer.
- Select and reserve a florist.

- First attendant meetings to discuss dress choices and talk about their task assignments.
- Select and order invitations.

9 Months
- Send out save-the-date announcements.
- Select and order your gown.
- Select and order attendant dresses.
- Select and order tierra, gloves, shoes and other accesories.
- Select menu and liquor to be served at your reception.
- Launch your Quinceñera website.
- Select and buy decorations.
- Confirm orders and delivery dates for your gown and attendants' dresses.
- Register for gifts.

8 Months
- Make an appointment for your gown and attendant dress fittings.
- Discuss and select flower colors with your florist.

7 Months
- Discuss tuxedo attire with attendants.

6 Months
- Select and order "last doll".
- Select and order Bible.
- Arrange rehearsal dinner.
- Select and order programs, with padrino info and event details.

5 Months
- Order table cards.
- Taste a variety of Quinceñera cakes.
- Secure reservations for final rehearsal dinner.
- Select and order attendant tuxedos.

4 Months
- Catch up and tighten loose ends.
- Meet with potential choreographers for Valz and Special Dance.

3 Months
- Select a choreographer and start learning your Valz and Special Dance routines.
- Make hair and makeup appointments, including practice appointments.
- Finalize guest list with addresses.
- Print padrino list.
- Pick up Invitations and address them.
- Take another look at your registry and update or add items.
- Create hotel/venue information cards and maps to include with your invitations.
- Set appointment for first tuxedo fitting for attendants.
- Prepare a basic playlist of Quinceñera Reception music selections

2 months
- Send out invitations.
- Start RSVP.
- Select and purchase attendent gifts.
- Make an appointment for final gown fitting.
- Make an appointment for final fitting for all attendants.
- Arrange transportation.
- Set an appointment with Party People Productions to discuss things in more detail.

6 Weeks
- Write thank you notes as you recieve gifts.
- Write newspaper announcements and gather photo's.
- Shop for Quinceñera favors.

4 Weeks
- Begin writing toasts/thank yous.
- Pick up programs.
- Confirm floral delevery times
- Confirm food/cake delivery times.
- Confirm photographer/videographer.
- Confirm limo or other transportation.
- Send out rehearsal dinner invitations.
- Have usher meeting and assign duties.
- Contact priest and confirm church service details (readings, music).
- Organize transportation of suuplies (cake knife, bible, toasting glasses, etc).
- Arrange for preparation, storage and break areas for all Quinceñera professionals at the reception venue.
- Determine seating arrangement for guests.
- Go in for a dry run with a professional makeup artists and make a day-of-Quinceñera appointment.
- Arrange for table card setup at reception venue.
- Set an appointment with Party People Productions to confirm music and go over more details and/or changes.
- If you color your hair, make appointment for a touch-up the week before your Quinceñera.

3 Weeks
- Pick up gown.
- Give final headcount to the caterer and review details.
- Arrange for delivery and placement of Quinceñera flowers, candles and other decorations.

2 Week
- Pic up gown.
- Contact guests who haven't responded.
- Confirm tuxedo pickup.
- Pick up attendants' gowns.
- Update RSVP.
1 Week
- Hair color touchups.
- Make a list of payments required for day of Quinceñera.
- Finalize guest list.
- Confirm seating chart.
- Final attendant meeting.
- Confession.
- Prepare gifts for attendants.
- Finalize toasts and thank you speeches.
- Set an appointment with Party People Productions to go over more details and/or changes.

1 Day Before
- Prepare payment envelopes for vendors.
- Pick up tuxedos.
- Attend rehearsal dinner.
- If schedule permits, Party People Productions to attend final rehearsal dinner to go over timing of Valz and   Special Dance.
- Finalize schedule, timing and musical selection with Party People Productions.

Day of Quinceñera
- Eat a good breakfast.
- Attend hairstyle appointment.
- Give yourself plenty of time to get ready.
- Finally, let all the Quinceñera professionals do their thing so that you can relax and have a great time filled with    wonderfull memories with your family and friends that will last a lifetime.
